I am a veteran of the Persian Gulf War. I served in the US Army and National Guard for over 21 years. I do some veteran's advocacy work in my hometown and am currently working on a county history book about our local veterans. I am also a Christian having been raised in an Independent Baptist Church. My family and I are now members of a Southern Baptist Church.
